For assistance with details concerning any of the following:

• shareholding information
• changes of address
• missing share certificates
• transfers of shares to other people
• payments of dividends to a designated bank account

Please include in all correspondence:

• Your name
• Your address
• Shareholder Reference Number (located on your welcome letter or dividend confirmation)

Calls are charged at the standard geographic rate and will vary by provider. Calls outside the United Kingdom will be charged at the applicable international rate. Opening hours are between 8:30 am – 5.30 pm, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in England and Wales.
